Do I need the book too?

The video course stands on its own, but many parents pair it with the Elimination Communication Babies book for deeper reading and age-based reference. Read what EC is first if you want a short orientation.

Will my baby still wear nappies?

Yes. This is not a diaper-free-only approach. Most parents use nappy backup until toilet training around 14–20 months while practising EC — the course shows you how.
